Your tasks

You will plan, implement, and develop teaching within the framework of adult education in Swedish for immigrants, Swedish as a second language for students in study paths 2 and/or 3.

Your profile

We are looking for a licensed teacher with at least 30 higher education credits in Swedish as a second language and preferably another complementary subject such as mathematics, English, or social studies. You are interested in student learning and developing the pedagogical methods of the organization, passionate about high quality in teaching, and have a strong internal drive. You see teamwork as a given and have a good ability to drive your own work and the work within the school forward. You communicate information effectively and listen well, and you have a genuine interest in students and their educational development. It is important that you see the whole picture in your work and have a good ability to prioritize and solve problems. We would also like you to have experience and a strong interest in working with digital tools.

Multilingualism as well as adult pedagogical education and experience in basic literacy instruction are considered meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
